We offer a selection of additional services to help support you and make the most of your email marketing, particularly when it comes to helping you grow your list of email recipients.
‘Offline’ Promotional Tools…
Double-sided postcards (size A6) are incredibly effective tools for getting customers and potential customers to sign-up to your emails, especially in the retail environment. They are most effective when displayed in a clear postcard dispenser on the till counter (or office reception desk). Simply keep a pen next to them, and encourage staff (use incentives if necessary!) to ask as many browsers and customers to fill in a postcard with their name and email address.
We design the postcard for you and supply it in the correct format for to email to your local printer. Our recommended printing guidelines: 350gsm card, un-laminated (so it’s easy to write on).
Why not take the opportunity to promote the benefits of signing up to your monthly email while your customers are in a reception area, changing room or even customer bathroom? An eye-catching poster (A5, A4 or A3 size) will do the job perfectly.

‘Online’ Promotional Tools…
If you want us to create a ‘Lite’ email, but wish to enhance that email by adding a printable voucher (great for discount or gift-with-purchase promotions) or an invitation to an event, then we can add this for you. (Please note, a ‘Gold’ email already includes a printable voucher when required, so you don’t need to pay extra).
If you don’t yet have a website, or are in the process of re-designing your website, we can create a simple yet highly effective web page, customised with your logo and branding. It means that you can promote your website, and encourage people to go there to sign-up to your emails. The online form simply asks for a first name and email address, then they click the ‘submit’ button. Their details are automatically added to your email list!
You can also include your contact details, list of products/services, and opening hours.
Does not include purchase of domain name (i.e. www.yourbusinessname.co.uk) or hosting, but we can arrange this for you if required.
We can supply your web designer with the code that they need to programme a sign-up form on your website. (They will charge you a nominal fee for designing the form.)The online form simply asks for a first name and email address, then they click the ‘submit’ button. Their details are automatically added to your email list!
As above, but with additional form ‘fields’. For example, you might like a more detailed sign-up form for your customers, where you ask them additional information such as which products or services they are most interested in.
If your business has a Facebook page, we can add a sign-up form to this for you. Visitors to your page can simply fill in their first name and email address, then they click the ‘submit’ button. Their details are automatically added to your email list!

Email Campaign Extras
Autoresponders go by a few different names like triggered emails and drip campaigns, but essentially they are an automated email, or sequence of emails sent when a subscriber meets a condition you set. For example, when someone joins your list, your subscriber’s birthday, or a month since someone purchased from your online shop. We can configure these emails to be sent to under conditions your specify (we can help advise on the effective use of autoresponders).
A/B Split testing can help your email campaigns to be even more effective. We can send out different emails to your list that has alternate:
- From names
- Email content
- Subject lines
By choosing one of these three alternate tests, some recipients and then specifying a time limit, we can send two different emails to determine which is the most effective; we then send the email with with highest opens and clicks to the rest of your list. An increase in 10% for open rates or clicks could make a big difference.
